In Will's professional life
Will began his career in financial services at the age of 16, starting in a support role making tea, filing, and sorting the post. This early exposure sparked a real interest in the profession, and by 19, he had achieved the Financial Planning Certificate.
He went on to spend eight years in retail banking with Abbey/Santander, progressing from cashier to personal banker, before moving into financial services more broadly. In 2016, Will joined The Timebank as part of the support team.
Since then, he has been involved in a wide range of projects, including working alongside firms to develop and refine their annual review processes. His current role focuses mainly on completing client reviews for firms, alongside providing wider administrative support.
In Will's free time
Away from work, Will is a keen follower of horse racing and football, and following England around the world has become something of an expensive hobby! When he’s not travelling, he spends his time negotiating with his two-year-old daughter, Ophelia.
